I get the real estate type of video, since I imagine you are working with the agents and maybe get a small bonus on the house sale? From the minute 3:20, I personally kind of lose interest in the video itself. Up to 3:20 though, I'd gladly subscribe just to see you travel southern Italy, eating and filming old towns. Great job giving us all the aspects. I can see myself there, if living in the city was my goal. I really like you providing pictures of what can be done. Especially in the basement. I would not have thought of a Spa area. But that is a fabulous idea!

The question I have is: are there people in Maglie (or surrounding areas) who can do the work to turn this apartment into a place like the AirBnB ones you showed in the videos? Neither my wife nor I have the necessary skills.Would it be difficult to hire that? And for this place, what's a VERY ROUGH guess on how much you'd spend? Another 80K? More? And again I see that the breakfast is the typical low-carb variety. 🤣

Lovely town. I love the ceilings and can totally imagine the roof terraces made good, they would be beautiful. The lack of windows would put me off ever living in that house, even done up. Another great video 🙂

I hope to see a video like this on my home town, Alessano, one day. It was once a very important city, with an episcopal see, so a Bishop, which is reflected in the beauty of our main church and a ducal palace where the lords of Alessano would reside, and amongst those lords there was also ten famous Gonzaga family. We are located in the middle of the Capo di Leuca and we even incorporated once the see of leuca becoming the episcopal see of Alessano-Leuca
