Italian steakhouse Fiore Rosso is a true representation of what an Italian steakhouse is.
The “traditional” American steakhouse allows the beef to be the sole feature of the menu with additional items being simple components of the meal. In Italy, the beef or steak is still highlighted however it is intended to star in the finale. The lead up to the beef course is what makes that menu item so special. Prior to that, the guest is treated to a unique dining experience where they will indulge in seasonal vegetables, beautifully prepared antipasti, a variety of pastas and fresh seafood. At Fiore Rosso the steak is simply how you end your experience if you so choose.
