  1. As an
Asian woman I really want to try it as soon as I can 😅❤! Durian is my favourite fruit!

  2. Typically, 166.5 gram sugar : 1 liter water is 1.050+/- specific gravity.. this i know from making sugar shine ethanol distillation. Durian can be quite expensive too depending on the variety. We have durian trees and my family loves to eat them . Not sure how they feel about using one for wine though… They might make me pay $25 to make it!😅 I commend your bravery to have durian fermenting for a week or more in your house too ! That in itself is spectacular 🎉!
Edit: as for your airlock not looking like it's bubbling.. this could be a result of pressure within the container as there is a lot of empty space with only 2 Liter liquid in a 8-10 liter container ,and as pressure builds , a bubble will escape when you don't see it
What I'm most curious about is , Did the durian wine smell and taste of durian?

  3. the color change is expected, when durian skin in particular goes bad and oxidizes it turns reddish brown.

  4. Not sure bout wine, Supposedly in Asia, some people believe its quite dangerous to eat durian fruit with hard alcohol.

  5. hellooooooooooo sir sorry wasn't able to watch your videos because i was studding for my exams ! now i can see all of your spectacular videos💥💫

  6. I wonder if you can get a fruit from Azerbaijan called Feyxoa make wine out of it. It would be great wine

  7. Cool video, but could you make a beer video using a traditional recipe sometime? I would really like to see how you would do it

  8. hi, i made a starter with grape, but there is white things on the top of it after a while, and it tastes sour.. is that okay?

and in the proses i put water on the grape juice.. is that why i got mold? still can i use it or just throw it away.. and my wine now having the same issues, what should i do
