MSc is just not as good as Royal Caribbean and other cruise lines… you are not the first people to say MSC was awful! They are always late and the attitude on board is ridiculous! Stay away from MSC!
MSC cruises have an average score of 1.7 on Trustpilot so seems like most people have the same experience.
Very much enjoyed your vlog. This reminds of the question, what is the difference between comedy and tragedy? Comedy happens to someone else and tragedy happens to you. I do have a question, what do use for the map part of your videos? You guys look like wonderful travelers. I hope get to all 1000 places before you, you know, die.
Emotional damage!!! 😂😂 Poor Matt was DONE BY THE END!!! However you guys work yourselfs to the bone!! I can see after working out getting to the cities early everyday, walking all day and making your way back to the ship must of been exhausting!!!!

Lovely vlogs I love the other vlogs as well that were incorporated into this amazing you guys are such a beautiful couple but honestly, that would have pissed me off as soon as he said I already had the paperwork ready to leave you knowing that I could’ve been left and was there on time before it departed. Communication is a huge thing on cruise ships. If you do not have that your cruise ship is not gonna run properly especially when he said, can I take a picture of that they knew they messed up It makes me think how many other people they left. Due to the same situation

You guys did a great job on Naples. We usually take a ferry to capri for lunch and then another ferry to Sorrento and then a ferry back to Naples. All so close and easy.

We've taken 4 msc cruises out of Miami & swore we'd never ever use anyone EXCEPT MSC because our 4 separate 7 night cruises were absolutely fabulous! I'm wondering if the different is just country of origin. I've traveled all over the world & know the different standards expected make difference. We're taking our 1st Norwegian out of Miami in 2 weeks & nervous we won't like it. And honestly the ONLY reason we're not using msc is because Norwegian was free for us so we figured why not? 🤷🏻♀️ so I'd say give them a shot stateside & you'll be pleased.
As far as the balcony is concerned, I never have & never will cruise without one. It's a total game changer! We always order a bottle of bubbly for embarkation day & drink it as the ship leaves port on the balcony before getting ready for dinner.
What other cruise lines have yall tried to compare to msc? We've loved them so much I refuse to spend money on another in fear we won't like it as much. But sounds like the Mediterranean idea on msc might not be as good. I do know, most countries I've been, I've found they aren't as friendly as us Tennessee folks. I always know half the ship by the end of the cruise😂😂😂
Ps, i do wish those water glasses were larger 😂😂 i suggest getting a contigo 32oz water bottle from walmart. Theure like $25-ish, but habing ICE WATER walking around puerto rico was worth the price of the bottle alone. We have 2 of them.l, 1 for each of us, and put stickers on them everywhere we go. 8:41 8:42

Great video!! You guys always do such a great job! We tried MSC for the first time a couple months ago and I would agree with most of what you said. Cruise prices have skyrocketed so we will definitely cruise with them again because we did feel they offered value for what we paid. But had we been threatened to be left behind by no fault of our own??? I would have lost my mind!!!

My bf and I did a Royal Caribbean cruise in February and the rooms had where you need to put your key in for the lights and A/C etc to work as well. I assume that is a standard thing on cruises now especially newer ones but definitely annoying.

I am a little upset that you both were so upset. You both ñ seem like such wonderful souls and enjoy your videos. What happen really sucked . From a customer service standpoint, you should have received an apology and additional credit toward a restaurant you guys wanted or something else on board. After your venting you were still positive and I really love that❤. Great video you too🏝️
We have been on 7 MSC cruises (Caribbean/Mexico) and really enjoyed them all. The thermal spa on Seaside was fabulous. When we went their prices were just so much more affordable than other cruise lines that it was a no-brainer. The delay with getting off at ports may not have been their fault. They can't let anyone off until they are cleared by the port authority there. This was communicated to us when we sailed with them. But the fact that the time was wrong on the app was a huge mistake on their part. Yikes!
Omg just got off an MSC 6 nights cruise from Genoa to Venice and it was Amazing! On a smaller ship the MSC Lirica and I think that might have helped things be less chaotic. Didn't seem to run into the problems you guys did. Very strange
That's an unusual cruise with people getting on and off the ship at every port. It is almost like a ferry. Your video came up in my recommendations and when I saw it is over 1 hour long, I almost did not want to click on it but you guys are entertaining and great on camera, conversational, relaxed, combined with professional editing, I watched from beginning to end. Great video!
In Europe MSC is like a ferry service.. people are boarding and disembarking every day. Unlike US you start and stop the same port. safety drills are everyday. As far as the time to get back..Ship time Ship time Ship time.. it maybe different then real time. If you can turn off the date and time from the cell provider and set it manually. Not sure what happen.. my wife and I always plan, if we go solo out at least 1-2 hours before all aboard. If you plan a ship bus excursion they WILL wait for you no matter what. Sorry the lack of communication was there but I would say try it again it looks like you both did have a good time all and all
Never seen your channel before but, for a few reasons, it hit me a little wrong.
Remaining worked up because you almost missed the boat, even though you didn’t, or complaining about the cabin lighting for makeup or that your USB charger wasn’t working? 🤔 and who goes goes anywhere without their photo ID, especially in a foreign country?
Things I think are upsetting are war in Ukraine, a cancer diagnosis, a job loss, etc. You’re living a paradisical life, so…maybe an attitude of gratitude?
Btw, you never travel far away from the port city, let alone three different types of transportation, because you may not make it back in time. Most cruises require you to be back on the boat up to 2 hours before departure. I’m surprised you didn’t know that.
You seem very American in your approach to this trip, a certain amount of entitlement. Sorry, but hopefully you’ll make better videos as a result.
Nice video! We did a similar cruise on the Seashore a couple of weeks ago and 100% agree with all your comments. We still had a good time. We always bring our passport with us when we exit the ship. You never know what might happen.
