  1. The amount of time and love you pour into your videos is outstanding! You feel like a best friend! It's like I'm drinking coffee & hanging out with you 🥰 🦋 I’m so honored that your videos are part of my routine 🤍

  2. I'm not even jealous – I'm proud of you that you have such a beautiful relationship with food. Everything what you're making and cooking looks like an art.
I'm trying my best to go vegan again and enjoy food but I've been struggling with many ED through all these years – yet you're one of the best motivations.
Thank you for your hard work and take care~

  3. Hey Flora, truly thankful for your warming presence 🙂
Im plant based but am struggling with anaemia, do you think its possible to heal this with a plant based diet? Also am definitely going to be trying your rice broccoli meal; 9g iron per serving, yes please lol xxx

  4. I'm not to sue that you recovered from your anorexia and I dont believe even. You are trying to show us this and that and trying to teach other's in nutrition but you dont know a single thing.

  5. 20 minutes go by so fast when I‘m watching a video of yours! Can‘t wait for the next one, I often go back and rewatch others while waiting haha! But of course take your time, we‘re so appreciative that you even manage to make these videos and share so much of your life when there‘s so much going on – definitely important to prioritize yourself as well! Motivational and delicious looking food as always. Totally agree about the kiwi, so healthy and yummy! I eat one almost every day and leaving the skin on has been a game changer for me! Wishing you a great day!

  6. I'm so thankful that you consistently upload videos ❤ I haven't even watched it yet but I sure know your meals will be super inspiring to me! I am a longterm vegan (7+) years but taking inspiration from you has helped me improve my health so much! I really came to realize the importance of healthy fats and leafy greens! My hormonal health has greatly improved and maybe you will never read this, but I just wanted to thank you so much for it!

  7. Hi I noticed some german language on the box of oat milk (i think) and the jar of peanut butter. Why is that?
    Because of Lidl and dm?

  8. Girl out here educating us from her nutrition studys while giving us some of the best calm happy and gentle-motivating vibes

  9. Hey Flora , really nice video! I was wondering if I could help you edit your videos and also make a highly engaging shorts out of them.

  10. I’m 68 years old and realize I need more protein in my diet, instead of using protein powder which is processed, I’ve been making smoothies with chickpeas, cinnamon, carob powder, banana and ice. Do you think the chickpeas smoothie will be as high in protein as the powder? Good luck in school, love your videos

  11. Dear Flora, beautiful week of delicious vegan food and workouts! I wish you all the luck in this world with your disertation! You go girl🎉😊❤ lots of hugs from Bosnia
