  1. Its so sad to what happened to Joe.

Some of the crew were not just co-worker.. they seem too “close” it was obviously flirting.

  2. Joe was really a good “boss” he was kind and jolly to his crew and to everyone else. But the smile hides a lot of pain. 😢

  3. 4,200 $ Budget. 50% probably goes on alcohol and weed for the staff.

  4. Seeing this episode, and searching what happened after chef Gordon Ramsey helped Joe and his wife with the restaurant, is shocking to read the sad news..that both of them just ended their life…I feel sorry for the kids and I don't judge any actions..So sorry, for the family losing them..

  5. I always click these videos thinking it's a short clip then suddenly I've watched a 40 minute show and I still have shit to do..

  6. Mainly what i'm taking from this episode, is 'good people'. Even when they were sh1t they were having a good time, i'd love to work or patronize that restaurant with that team. Wish them well!

  7. Proof that Gordon isnt kissing asses, he doesnt take bullshit, no matter if you're the chef or customer

Also love the girl who called that drunk bitch bullshit, showing that she had no business saying its was horrible tho she ate it all, she was right, it was just to get free shit

  8. It's nice to see that the waiters that were turned out were back for the final dinner

  9. It’s weird how some of us fall in love with the owners and staff when they turn around the business after Ramsay’s mission is completed. Gives me a sense of belonging within their community. Most sad part though for me personally is when they end their lives. Condolences to everyone who are affected by this news. Remember to check up on your loved ones as best as you can. And no matter what they did, anyone can be redeemed👍

  10. you could fix the freezer door for about $12 bucks from the hardware store with the proper stuff ..omg lazy
