Ciao Zio Tonino, sono Julie. Mia mamma non sa respondere anchora sul you tube. La devo insegnare, cosi ti po rispondere se stessa. Grazie tanti per le belle parole e il tuo supporto. Salute mi a la Zia Ninetta. Tanti baci, Ciao!!

  2. My mom and dad grew up in Cosenza, Calabria and my mom would always use breadcrumbs. I'm going to try this recipe, it looks as if its a lot more moist than using breadcrumbs. Thanks for the recipe Giulia!

  3. What did you soak the bread in…water or milk? Looks really good….

  4. My mother and I typically soak the bread in water, but you can certainly use milk as well. The key is to buy quality ciabatta style bread that is very light and airy. You don't want dense bread. Hope you give it a try.
