Love how Italians have kept their Bidets, in France unfortunately they fell out of favor to be replaced by showers, and with the water shortages they come in very handy and will likely come back in fashion.
This might sound a bit odd but do you have any old garages( service station garages ) or warehouses on your list ? I have an antique business in the UK and want to make a move to Spain, Portugal or Italy . Not looking for a holiday hime of a pretty villa but rather a characterful work building that can house the antiques with potential for a living space and room to get in and out for shipping vans . Hope this isn't too weird an ask !! love the videos by the way

Ciao David, it wouldn't be Italy if there wasn't any Chruch bells. The brick laying on the streets is beautiful, this house would be good as an air B&B, or for a couple with no children, I would make the kitchen a small eat in one. and have a bigger lounge, also the bedroom with on ensuite, put up a few privacy screens to create a small hallway. and definitely put an ensuite in the primary bedroom. Overall, a cute home, with great views.
Please look up the word terramoto and be sure that you will not end your days early in such a location

Beautiful views, great price, but there is no heating and in this area, lots of snow so heating is a MUST! If there is stone under and it’s a shared property by the person next door, would they pay for bringing out the stone facade?
