  1. Romanian sister, here! Hello from AZ! Have been loving your videos and greatly appreciate your content. Wishing you blessings!

  2. I recently lived in Italy for 3 1/2 years & you are spot ON!!! The lovely Italian people take t-i-m-e to enjoy their moments and deliberately live more slowly. Their dinners are an “event/experience” and meals are not rushed.. it’s called “Slow Food.”
They take daily breaks and don’t seem to get ‘burned out’ with work, like we do in the U.S. And yes they take pride in looking “nice”
up until elderly age!! It’s so impressive.

I’m also Romanian & LOVED Bucharest & Transylvania! ❤ cabbage rolls there were just like my grandma made. Thank you, Ana, for highlighting these healthy lifestyle habits & benefits❣️

  3. The reality of money and people is why so many are like gosh where Is that end they said was coming. God I wish it would just end. Anyone who is capable of being oblivious to reality of our actions and chemical reactions I influence and you and most. Narcissistic sociopaths is the species on the whole in a nutshell. The reality of turning on your car, charging your phone. Is really destructive.

  4. This honestly just makes me feel self conscious bc I'm doing the exact opposite to that. My work has been so incredible stressful this year. Having a mindful lunch or taking a 5 minute coffee break is simply not possible (Im a child care teacher. I eat at the same time as the children and obviously cant just leave them alone to take a break). All the things I do to wind down dont seem to quiete work atm. My mental health is not good… oh well.. one day at a time.

  5. I grew up as an Italian American in New York and when I moved to Nebraska it made me realize how little people here care about their presentation, even at church or special events. I think it’s crazy people wear hoodies and jeans to a nice restaurant!

  6. Love this topic! Ana, where did you get that lovely dress? You look like a Greek goddess!

  7. Such a great reminder to slow down in life and take it all in ❤️
Side note—your hair has always reminded me of Monica Bellucci’s hair in Malena! So beautiful!!

  8. Inspired me a lot here, thanks. I'm taking my Kikis Delivery Service journal to work and writing my summer goals down 🙂 -farmers market trips every Saturday on public transport. -ride bike to coffee shop Sunday mornings w partner
    -cleaning days in a housedress

  9. I love this video and the concept and beauty of doing nothing, and enjoying the present moment. It reminds me of the calm and slow paced rural Mexican ranch life. They are generally such happy people and have really mastered beautifying and romanticizing every moment in life whether that be leisure or work. ❤❤

  10. I just wanted to say that you are gorgeous, I am just enjoying your beauty really there is something in you special for sure

  11. Individuals can often do these things because of resources and the way their society enables them to. Mindset matters, of course. But i think there is a bigger problem than just what the individual should do to beautify their life and enjoy relaxation. Systems in the US are built so that something as simple as self care feels like another deeply exhausting chore. Great video though. Definitely aspirational

  12. Loved this video! Thank you and congratulations on the engagement! I'm happy for you both!

Say hi to your kitty for me lol
