Arine Kim and her friend Elliot were at an In-N-Out Burger in San Ramon, California, on Christmas Eve when they say they were verbally attacked with racist and homophobic slurs by another customer. The pair uncomfortably laughed at first, while the man spoke to them. Kim then realized the incident was escalating. The video was shared on social media, and the suspect was later arrested. 1. Sometimes I can’t believe people like this exist. Why care what people are doing? I’m so sorry. It’s so unacceptable. Why go out of your way to be an asshole? Why?

  2. He’s crazy racist guy…those two just eat their food and having good time then there’s crazy guy ruined their mood 😠

  3. That young couple handled that so classy. They were so mature about the situation.

  4. I wouldn’t have taken it so lightly 😂 props to him. I can’t believe there are people like this in the world.

  5. People are so miserable it’s ridiculous .. talking about spitting on someone for no reason is just as bad as doing it!

  6. If you hate someone you're only poisoning yourself. That racist man is having a worse life than these two, let the racist wallow in his hatred and misery.

  7. I'm glad that idiot got arrested. What the hell possessed him to act that way towards those young people. Grow up.

  8. The dude was alone on Christmas Eve, eating hamburgers, and then decided to hate on some people that weren’t even bothering him. What a sad and pathetic life.

  9. Can't imagine having this little else going on in my life that i would feel the need to berate random people for what? doing nothing?

  10. I don’t understand how you harass people simply having a meal together and minding their own business and still be convinced that THEY are trash.

  11. People who don’t deserve money seem to have it, beyond upsetting. The fact that he was able to bail himself out, smh. He’s probably been in this situation before and paid his way out then too.

  12. I used to joke like this and I realised it was just giving the harasser more fuel to talk about. Now I just ignore them and they just get bored and go away when they realise I’m not listening.

  13. Did In-N-Out issues any statement condemning this kind of racist taunting? If this happened in my house/place of business, I would’ve immediately say something against it. But I am not a multi-billion dollar business like In-N-Out that can afford to stay silent.
