  1. They ruined the menu I liked the classic menu I hate themed nights some of these choices would not suit many people . I will be on Ovation next month and have Diamond status have sailed Ovation many times. Just disembarked Queen Elizabeth a cut above however they have cut the the offerings in the Britannia restaurant underwhelming cost cutting buy the cruise companies.

  2. I wonder if they will add an Indian dish to the room service menu? I love that it is now be offered daily!

  3. Interesting new menu. Looks like I am going to have to go on a diet. Have until September to do it. Usually order a couple of double appetizers or desserts. We will see. Thank you!

  4. Good video. Great information.

Seems most people complaining are fairly ignorant and have very bland palates.

  5. Any experience ordering multiple apps/entrees/desserts with the new menus? Not including lobster of course since we know that.

  6. We just got back from 10 day cruise out of Galveston. The dinner menu was awful. Mexican food was not real. They just made everything spicy. Desserts were bland. It was filler food. The lobsters are tiny chick lobsters.

  7. Excellent information thank you. I could care less about the classics but miss the four course approach. I think I'd be doing the all you can dine plan for the specialty restaurants if I could get a deal.

  8. @BlakeTheCruiseGuy SO Is it better just to do Windjammer for dinner ? first time Cruiser asking…:)

  9. After hearing so many complaints, I was pleasantly surprised at the menus! Love seeing the Indian dishes. There were interesting choices every night….some nights I may need to try a few different entrees. I don't see much to complain about (I only asked for a second lobster tail once, and that was enough). Thanks for putting this out there for us!

  10. Were would we find the MDR menu for the 5 night crusie to Bermuda. We are thinking a Specialty Restaurant instead of Caribbean night.

  11. Just returned from Allure on the April 23 sailing with the new menu. Very different from our Nov 2022 sailing on Allure. The quality of the food took a step down once again from the same cruise in November. Also the Windjammer had the same very limited items for lunch each day. Most cruiser were vocally disappointed with the changes, in fact I encountered more disgruntled cruisers than ever before. The cabin service is cut in half. Choose morning or evening for service but not the same attention as before. Entertainment was mediocre at best and forget about the many dancing and nightlife venues of yesteryear. These areas have given way to specialty dining venues that charge a premium to dine in. Probably explains why they were usually half full. Royal needs to make corrections to many phases of the cruise to keep repeat customers. Definitely not your fathers cruise that featured top service, dining and entertainment. Felt sorry for all the workers as they know the quality is less, but work hard to make everyone happy, in spite of the bonehead managers and executives that have nearly ruined a popular vacation option.
