Eating with the seasons is not new. Dr. Douillard has been teaching this "concept" for decades. He wrote the book "The 3 Season Diet", and explains (also in his videos) how this affects our gut microbiome! 🙂
Dr. Gundry said flax seeds are not digestible, but you have flax seeds on your yes list. Are flax seeds safe on a Lectin free diet?
GMO is playing God without being all knowing. They have no idea of the effects on human digestion. And frankly they do not care. They simply want to produce the largest amount with the least expense. It's about their bottom dollar, not your health.

This guy knows plants are not for humans but still pushes plant based diet.
How do you eat plants in the winter? How do you store that amount of food to survive the off season?
I followed his diet and cured my Hashimotos autoimmunity after I tried everything else to no avail.

He does know that the blue zones all exist on the planet Earth and they all have climate and they all have seasons for vegetables and fruits? The only thing you can get year round is animal meat.

ok…. 17 seconds in and he is talking about chimps and orangutans eating fruit to gain weight, I would say that weight he is talking about is not even noticeable. Its unreal how much these Carnivore or Keto people want to BASH fruits and veggies. I have been doing ketosis style diet with mainly fruit intake, and my body is shaping up nice and I am in ketosis.
But reverse back 6 years ago I embarked on fruits only and green juices for 2 years and I lost 120 lbs, so I am just not going to be sold on this lie fruit makes you fat because I went from 315 to 180 on a fruit diet.
With that being said, gluttony consuming ANYTHING will cause issues.. I will attempt to listen to more but I have already proven what this "Doctor" states 15 seconds in on myself.

So explain to me why Eskimos only started getting heart disease when they ate our Western plant-based foods.
Unfortunately, I think it's going to be 50 years before we really understand nutrition. So many people are saying contradictory things. I think the science is still in it's infancy and couple that with information being suppressed for the sake of profits by big food corps.
Dr Gundrys advice is no good for a diabetic which I am. I must keep the carbs low really low.
What about native Americans?

Dr. Gundry is a walking encyclopedia of health knowledge. He reminded me of some things about lectin I had forgotten, plus a variety of other issues. GMO's are just bad news I know. Thanks for having him on.
Our food is so adulterated and imported from other continents, where is anything seasonal anymore?
My family did not eat anything out of season and my mother always made yogurt.
Too many antibiotics in the milk soo no homemade yogurt anymore. I am 75, my grandparents lived into their 100's in Southern Europe. No vaccines. Only normal lifestyles.
No big pharmaceuticals either.
Ppl died earlier because of wars and major accidents.

Canola Oil was called rape seed oil and was used as a mechanical lubrication. It is totally GMO. They found that ppl did not die from using it. Now it is a healthy food? I don't think so.
