My kids favorite one pan meal is mini meatloaf, lol, you make meatloaf mixture and then patty them out into burgers, put those down in the pan, add a couple cans of carrots 🥕 and a couple cans of sliced potatoes 🥔 on top the burger patties in a cake pan, add a little water 💧 so it doesn't burn before all the juices come alive, pop it in the oven on 350° f for about 30 minutes or until the Patty's are done 😋 you could do fresh sliced veggies, but this is that meal you make when you just don't want to cook but have kids, so you have to, lol! Everyone gets their own mini meatloaf and can put whatever on it, my husband and one kid like BBQ sauce and me and the other 3 kids like ketchup
