The doria is a Japanese western fusion dish, a rice gratin filled with flavor!

[Ingredients]
150 – 250g peeled shrimp
1/2 diced onions, assorted mushrooms

[Butter Rice Ingredients]
3/4 cups washed uncooked rice,
240ml chicken broth
15g butter, 1/3 of the diced onions

[White Sauce & Gratin Ingredients]
30g butter, rest of diced onions,
30g flour, 500ml milk
1 tbsp powdered cheese, 1 block chicken boullion, 1 egg yellow
Olive oil, salt & pepper, garlic powder, 30ml white wine
Assorted shredded cheese & bread crumbs

1. Dice up onions, sauté a third in butter, add rice, salt & pepper, mix.
2. Put into rice cooker along with chicken broth.
3. Sauté rest of onions in butter at low heat, let it sit for a bit until sweet, add sliced mushrooms & continue sautéing. Add flour, entangle it all up.
4. Gradually add & mix milk at very low heat until all even.
5. Add & mix cheese, chicken boullion, egg yellow.
6. Sauté shrimp in olive oil at high heat with salt/peppe/garlic powder/wine.
7. Add & mix into sauce. Put rice into deep dish/pan, pour on top.
8. Top it off with shredded cheese & bread crumbs.
9. Bake at 430 degrees for 10 – 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
