Back to the basics! What's your favourite espresso drink? Black or milk?

Eso no es un cortado, es un café con leche fuerte de café.
All I see is just coffee with or without milk
What happens to the second espresso that gets poured? Does it get wasted?
this video should be taught at Youtube Academy on how to make an informative video!
i have a large coffee filter at home, enough for maybe 5cups. i make it really strong and have a cup every morning from it that i heat up in the microwave. So i make it last over 4-5 days. Is this ok?
finally, a barista video that actually teaches you how to make all of them instead of giving you random facts that you don't actually need
Thank you so much! This was amazingly helpful!
and… what is a ristretto?
I don’t think I’ve ever come across a cafe who serves any of these milk coffees with one shot of espresso.
Please Witch expresso machine is that?
Why no chocolate on the cappuccino?
Had to do some searching, but finally found the best, most informative video about the topic right here!
A flat white is just a ridiculous name for a white coffee and an Americano is an espresso, (black coffee.) unnecessary coffee snobery.
Wow all those coffees seem very similar. I always drink café au lait or filter coffee with cream. I hate foam. If neither is available I get a latte and spoon over the foam into a water glass. 😅
Whipped cream is a different story tho, Mélange in Vienna (Café Sacher) was amazing. 😍
How you can get a Latte with a 1.14 ratio in 150 ML Cups? Since you are using a single espresso shot with a 20 to 21 ML so for a 1.14 ratio you need a 280 ML cup, on the other side you are using the same 150 ML cup with a 1.6-7 Ratio for Cappaciuno? I think there must be some mistake i guess
Here in Brazil we have pingado: espresso with a sip of milk. My favourite.
Nice espresso machine. You see Starbucks…that's how it's done!
I been drinking latte for a while . Its not 1:14 ratio… it’s actually between 1:4 and 1:5. This is in the US anyway.
Great video
What about a "tear"?
In Argentina we use to say "una lágrima" which means "a tear" of milk.
I’ve never used so much milk in macchiato. I do just a dash of milk and then a spot of smooth froth from the center of the cup creating a nice wide circle.
Bravo 👏👏👏
What do the Italians call a flat white? Inglese filistino 🤦♀️🤦♀️
These all look like lattes to me
so what about latte macchiato??
You have forgotten the Moroccan milk coffee "Ness Ness" that means "Half Half" 🇲🇦🇲🇦
This is not a cortado. It’s a small caffe latte. A cortado is black coffee with few drops of milk. Dark brown.
That was the wettest cappuccino I've ever seen
Best coffee for me is how African natives in countries such as Ethiopia have it, after all that’s were it came from originally. Simple ground beans mixed with boiling water, no pressure, no fancy machines, no creamy patterns, no snobbery, no bullshit. Just coffee.
Thanks for crediting New Zealand as well!
Flat white is an American thing. You missed espresso and ristretto
A decent coffee house in Vienna will – or at least they used to – have 2 or 3 different strength (dark or medium or light brown) roasted beans to make different coffees! Now you get just different strengths from one dark roasted bean . . .
Miss that
I hate it when you ask for just an ordinary coffee (that for me is coffee with milk) and get a glass or cup full of froth ☹
Stop this madness: there is caffè and there is cappuccino. All the rest is just for you Americans 🤣
