  4. I love this recipe so easy even a poor cook like me can make this taste good. please Chef JP can you do some really tasty meals with bee mince as all I can cook is cottage pie and mince with peppers and rice. and bee burgers/meatballs.

  6. This is my favorite cooking show but… the print versions of his recipes are terrible. I have to keep cross checking along with the video. Lots of important steps and ingredients missing. This needs to be checked step by step before it’s put on the site. I started to watch the videos and just write it down instead. No way to follow the print version without making changes and additional notes.

  7. Update Chef Jean-Pierre: followed the dish almost exactly except used schnitzel pieces (we live in Germany) and substituted basmati rice. Lots of garlic my husband even liked it but I didn't use the amount of butter you did and I was sorry – now I know for next time. It was delish!! It will alternatively be known in this house as Coronation Chicken. Yum!

  8. This is intelligent, humane cooking. I adore the potato slices concept. Never considered it for my own cooking. Truly easy. Looks fantastic on the plate and would be universally loved. Of course for the saucy chicken there's then so many other options. I can think chopped tomato and bell pepper would be faaaantastic too instead of this sauce. Thanks chef JP for yet another addition to my cooking arsenal. You rock! I learned a lot of wonderful things from many wonderful people here on YouTube, but your channel has consistently improved the core of my cooking ability. Thanks to everything I've learned in the past years from all over I can tell almost exactly what this would taste like just by seeing it made. And it's wonderful.
