Delicious spicy Italian pasta dish.

Ingredients: Penne pasta
Extra virgin olive oil
Fresh grated Parmesan
Fresh Jalapenos
Pickled Jalapenos
Minced Garlic
Powdered Garlic
Spicy Italian Sausage
Diced onion
Kale
Directions: Boil Pasta until done (do not over cook)

In a frying pan add: 3 Tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil. 2 cloves finely minced garlic (or you can cheat and use the jar kind). Add Thin sliced Fresh Jalapeno. Finely diced Onion, shallots or green onion (1/4) a cup or to taste. Add spicy Italian sausage (I used 3 links in casing with the casing removed). Fry on medium heat about 15 minutes. Add your Kale (to taste) I used a small organic container) If you like more, add more. Remove stems from the kale before adding to the pan.

After everything is cooked through drain your Penne and add all the contents of your frying pan (drain the oil first). Drizzle liberally with Extra virgin olive oil until pasta is shiny but not drenched. Add your pickled (sliced) Jalapenos. About 15 slices or to taste.

Final step: add fresh grated parmesan and powdered parmesan. If you wish to add mozzarella, etc feel free to experiment. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well mixed and serve. Enjoy!
