After spending some time in Bulgaria (and posting our move to Alaska in the middle), we’re exploring our next country – Italy! We flew from Sofia to Rome on everyone’s favorite (jk) airlines, Ryanair! After landing in Rome, we made our way to Sorrento during the longest travel day EVER. We’ve settled into our hotel and are ready to explore the beautiful Sorrento, starting with wandering the streets and alleyways! Our first stop of the day was a kayak tour (you can visit the website for this tour below), which took us to the beautiful Bagni Regina Giovanna, which is a small cove only accessed by hiking or through a small entrance from the open water. We had a lot of fun kayaking around the coast of Italy, and we highly recommend the group we booked with!
After our kayak excursion and a quick snack, Christian headed off to a local barber to get a much needed haircut before dinner! We headed just across the street for dinner, and the food was delicious.
We are SO EXCITED to show you around the Amalfi Coast, as well as head up to Rome and Florence soon.
