  6. Nice thing about frittata is you can use whatever you have in the fridge, I put my frittata under the broiler after the stove top and it's done in about 2 minutes. Sometimes I put extra cheese on top first.

  8. I love when you cook. It reminds me of when my Italian Mother in law would cook. She would always say fresh. Everything has to be fresh.
