  1. Hello I.G. very good simple 5 rules. Just two questions. So I was recently in northwest Sicily. And most restaurants offered pasta a allla normal. Would that be considered the local dish? Or is it a trick to identify the tourist ? Or does it even matter, because these rules do not apply to Sicily? Is it even thought of as part of Italy ??

  2. Great tips! But my biggest take away from this video is that when we are in Italy in September, we definitely need to take an early morning walk around each town 🥰

  3. We were visiting Rome from Australia (we all know a little Italian) and my friend noticed the Germans at the table behind us ordered and received cappuccinos after dinner. My boyfriend and I ordered espresso (no way we were going to order a cappuccino after dinner!!). My friend who does not really drink espresso tried to order a cappuccino and the waiter told him ‘No!’. My friend said you served cappuccinos to the table behind him. Waiter replies ‘you should know better!” Three espresso’s arrived, no cappuccino but hours of amusement ever since!!
