Today we’re making the classic Italian dessert Tiramisu at home 🍰

It turns out very tender, airy as a cloud. It cooks very quickly, the hardest thing is to whip the whites right 🍥

So, we will need:

🍓 Mascarpone cheese 50 g
🍓 Savoyardi biscuits 400g
🍓 Eggs 6 pcs
🍓 Sugar 100g
🍓 Freshly brewed coffee (chilled) 400ml
🍓 Chocolate 70-100g
🍓 Strawberries for decoration

Step by step recipe to make:

✔️ Separate whites from yolks.
Eggs must be fresh and refrigerated. I suggest googling the information on how to properly whip the whites for those who haven’t done it before.
✔️ Whip the yolks with the sugar.
✔️ Add the cheese to the yolks and mix well.
✔️ Whisk the whites until stiff peaks.
✔️ Add the whites to the yolks and cheese, mixing very gently so that the whites do not fall off.
The cream should be fluffy.
✔️ Pour some of the cream on the bottom of the cake tin, put the biscuits soaked in coffee on top of the cream.
✔️ Grate chocolate on top of the cookies.
✔️ Then repeat the previous two points.
✔️ Decorate our Tiramisu with grated chocolate and strawberries.
✔️ Put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
