  1. If it was real Italian food, it would be different.

Italian-American food is gross. Just piles of greasy cheese.

I'd rather eat avocado and skirt steak than hardly any nutrition pasta.

In Italy people eat more veggies and salads. It's not just pasta and cheese every meal.

  2. That make sense
    Boomers- bigots, conservative
    Gen x – bigots, conservative

Millennials – liberals more open minded
    Gen z – very woke

  3. A lot of Italian food available in the US is very rich, heavy, high in calorie (everyone is afraid of pasta and carbs nowadays), doesn't travel well, and hard to eat on the go.

  4. How you gonna talk about authenticity and show a Mexican restaurant owned by a white owner who's not even Mexican 🤦

  5. Good Italian food is sit-down, kinda heavy for lactose intolerant folks, and expensive (unless you consider that cheap trash from Olive Garden or a greasy pizza actual Italian food).

When it comes to comida de Mexico, there’s authentic food everywhere. And it’s usually much cheaper and has more protein/better macros. Easy choice.
