Take a tour of Casa Maria Luigia, a new hotel in Italy opened by Massimo Bottura and his wife Lara Gilmore. The space plays home to contemporary art from all over the world, a deep catalogue of music and a beautiful collection of books. Guests are welcomed in the morning with a traditional Modenese breakfast and in the evening they have the chance to sample the classic dishes of Osteria Francescana in a restaurant with three shared tables.
