Last Summer I had a Medieval style meal in a festival. It was a piece of juicy spit-roasted pork with cabbage and some sort of squash cooked to perfection. These videos do not represent the Middle Ages of cooking, I'd rather call it post-Apocalyptic. Even the zombies wouldn't eat them.
Many times when I watch how Americans and British cook I have almost heart attack…. Many times is so bad, I will not give it to the dog lol Unhealthy, looking bad, from instant ingredients.
