From beet harvest to oilseed harvest: new harvester takes over | Italian Farm | FS 22 | ep #53

Welcome back to the Italian Farm Timelapse. Today marks the end of the beet harvest in our vast field. Once our harvester is parked, trucks will transport the beet trailers to the cutting plant. Our sugar plant has been fully stocked with cut beets, and we eagerly anticipate the resulting sugar output.
Unfortunately, our budget has taken a hit during this process, and we must replenish it. To do so, we sell a variety of products from our facilities, including soy drinks, pasta, firewood, and wine in barrels. Our oil crops, canola and sunflower, are ripe and ready to harvest. In preparation, we have made the decision to purchase a new NEW HOLLAND CR9000 harvester. Unfortunately, we have found that the combine we received has a short unloading pipe, making it difficult to work with. We have attempted to modify it, but the improvements were insignificant. Therefore, we will most likely need to replace it.
