In this episode of Tasting Travel, we are still in Venice, Italy where we visit Bistrot de Venise ( https://www.bistrotdevenise.com/en/ ) to experience a four-course meal at the top-rated Michelin restaurant in Venice. First, we have a single shrimp appetizer, followed by a sweet and sour prawns dish. Next, we sample an artichoke bottom and smoked duck soup. Then we get our main course of smoked eel and polenta. Then to finish it off we try a royal white cheesecake with wine-berry sauce. The best part of this meal is all the recipes are at least 300 years old!
