Tuscan Restaurant is my choice because everything your wife ate was exceptionally delicious except the Tuna. I will make sure when I get on that ship I am going to that restaurant. I've never seen octopus served as 'carpacio'. They probably do that to make it go further, but I'm sure it still tastes good. I might have needed a couple of those. Overall, it looks really good.
I agree about their version of Carbonara. I sent it back.

Everything looked good especially the short ribs with pappardelle. And those desserts!! I love Joann’s honesty. Sometimes just the look on her face after the first bite says it all. 🤣 Loved the teal manicure too! Celebrity seems to have its act together with their dining choices. We hope to sail on Celebrity soon. Maybe we’ll run into you! 😆

These are the best Main Dining Room videos of the Edge Class ships on YT. I believe you posted in order of your favorites. We will skip Tuscan for not fan of tomato based sauces. Cyprus looked the best for fish lovers so we will dine 2 nights so as to try them all. Thanks so much for posting for we are booked on Apex later this year. It looks like a beautiful ship.

Thank you for your videos on the dining experience for this ship. I am going on the Apex in May for a 11 night voyage. I didn’t realize you can order so many dishes to try. Do you have to pay extra?
we are going on our first cruise on march 4th, and been watching your video's on the resturants, by the way we are booked at all of them, and one at the Raw on the 5 for our Anniversary and plan on getting the Imperial Tower, Thanks for all the info on dinners, can't wait to try them next week,

I thought that the food looked really good. Would I be correct to assume that it is like any MDR where you can order multiple dishes? I would love to have the short ribs although that is something that I often do at home. Plating looks really good in general. What I do like about Celebrity is the use of fish beyond farmed tilapia which is what you are seeing on most cruise lines. Another great video.
