This is Roberto Ristorante and This is one of the fanciest Italian restaurants in Dubai.

The view is absolutely gorgeous and you need to sit by the terrace. Starting with a passion fruit cocktail and a basket of bread. Moving on to amuse bouche and this fan thing made with onions had foie gras and mango in it. The grilled octopus was heavenly tender and I got two orders of it. I then ate tuna tartare with caviar and avocado. Another cocktail. Buitoni stuffed with octopus and let me tell you this was crazy, the filling almost felt like souffle and it was one of the best pasta I’ve ever had. Another pasta with squid ink and dill dressing. The dessert was made with a chocolate ring, dark chocolate foam, and hazelnut ice cream, this was multiple layers of textures and flavors and even temperatures. It’s amazing. Oh, and I got one birthday cake because this was their 10-year anniversary event.
