  1. I was reading on one of Sauce Stache's comments that you can make a very close sharp cheddar flavor with something called rejuvelac? It is a fermented quinoa sprout thing? Have you ever made this?

  2. Just made this..using canned diced tomatoes, and fresh basil. It is the easiest, most satisfying thing I've made in awhile. Left out the spicy and shared some with my dogs.
    I used to make this in the summer with fresh roma tomatoes, julienned zucchini, and Italian sausage. But this version is the best!

  3. There is a video by Gourmet Vegetarian Kitchen called "Vegan Hard Cheese Cheddar and Parmesan Style". I was in tears, it is the best video on vegan cheese that exists.
