I’m kicking off this week with another subscriber request. I’ve been asked by a couple of you to do a Lambrusco. Well, to be honest, it’s been sitting in my fridge for a few months and I just forgot it was there. But… I finally remembered so let’s crack it open. Here is my review of the Lini 910 Lambrusca Lambrusco Rosso.
►Vintage: NV
►Varietal: 85% Salamino, 15% Ancellotta
►Region: Emilia-Romagna, Italy
►ABV: 11%

I’ve never had had that one but I have had Lambrusco and love it. I’m surprised you didn’t get any balsamic notes because Emilia-Romagna is famous for balsamic as well as Romano cheese. Also, Lambrusco is made the same way as Prosecco and pairs well with pizza. I need some more Lambrusco now.
I enjoyed this one myself
Love me some Lambrusco. Which of the Lambrusco grapes was it blended from? Medium purple leads me to believe a good portion of di Sorbara. That’s the “lightest” grape in color, most likely for bright red fruits. And are quite floral….. Grasparossa is fully on the other end. Deep purple, black fruits and savory….
Lini910 Scuro is amazing. Lini has been around for 4 generations so you know it’s doing something right.
