How to cook Pasta alla Gricia – by Italian Cooking Downunder.

Strong flavour and super simple Italian pasta

Ingredients for 2 people:
– 160 grams of linguine “La Molisana” number 6
– 8-10 slices of “Guanciale” (pork cheek) or Speck (from Aldi)
– 80 grams of grated Pecorino Romano
– Black Pepper: 2 very generous pinches
– 2 tea spoons of salt
