How do I become a purchaser if I live in England? I understand I can stay for 90 days in Italy, but not sure if I can buy a properly or if I have to pay taxes as I would stay only for short periods at a time.

Very nice apartment and you can’t beat those views! However, it does remind me of a New York City apartment. They have no real living areas either. You can tell it’s a holiday home because of the small living area and the fact that there’s no oven. Just about enough room for a small couch just like this one. But you could possibly do something with that second bedroom and bunkbeds, and get some more living space in there. and you can’t beat that covered veranda!
