From the Frankfurt train station take the
subway U4 (direction Einkheim)
or U5 (direction Preungesheim)
exit at the station Dom-Römer
Food and souvenirs shops everywhere
During the weekend the market can be quiet
crowded
What to eat
The Bratwurst is a typical German
sausage made from veal or beef or
most commonly pork.
Price: 3,5 euros.
The Frikadelle is a fried ball made with (at least):
-pork and beef meat
-bread
-eggs
-salt and black pepper
Boiled in tomato sauce and onion slices
Price: 4,5 euros.
The Glühwein (Mulled wine) is dry red wine boiled with (at least):
-sugar
-cinnamon sticks
-clove flowers
-orange and lemon skin
It can be corrected with Rum or other liquors.
Prices:
Simple: 3,5 euros (plus 3 euros for the cup to return back)
With Rum: 5 euros (plus 3 euros for the cup to return back)
