The way he holds the spoon towards you after he tastes the dish so you can see your own reflection in the spoon is the most intimidating thing I have ever seen a judge do 😅

What I love about Marco is that unlike other Previous Chefs like Gordon Ramsey or Johnny Sins lookalike Marco actually encourages and teaches them and does not totally rip them apart.
