Nice job of restoration but anybody thinking of buying this should bear in mind that storage space is virtually non-existent. So if all you've got is a couple of suitcases of clothes it's not a problem, otherwise it's just too small. Kitchen space is also a problem but I know from experience that Italian grandma's can perform culinary miracles in spaces no bigger than phone booths. Personally I'd go nuts. Kitchen in this one needs a total overhaul. Nice location, though (video of access road needed).

What a lovely town! I am not a town person, but the whole place kind of blends into the landscape, just like my over 100 year old house does. It all just fits, nothing garish. My goodness, it's lovely.

OMG perfect for just me and my lil dog! Asking price I see as $135,000 and wondering if you in real estate set up remote purchasing process or can put in a "cash" buy bid? (though I do not have the full amount – do they accept bids?) Also, I am in Missouri USA. We have problems getting water way up high to homes on the Missouri Bluffs overlooking the river. How is water pressure there? Probably on a well not City main supply for water or sewer? Is sewer septic? Do they deliver water for water tank storage on site? I wonder if you can electrify the gates for remote car access ie push a button on a remote while sitting in car and have gate open? Cell/wi-fi/internet access? Gosh I love that place!
