i hope it will not be banned in the public universities of italy 😟
people wearing western dresses in india and commenting that english is foreign language and should be banned in india too ….but i dont think the same ..english one of the most widely spoken languages and by learning english we can communicate with people all over the world …we should even learn some of the other widely spoken languages like spanish as well
All language of every country or nation is good and important anymore you understand make use of it and for good of all
Why do we use English in every field of India? (Why do we need English)
1) India is a "multilingual" country & we have a different language family's (Indo-european, Dravidian, indo-iranian sino-tibetan, Tibeto-burman, Semitic, astro-asiatic Etc..) & India has no
national languageor anymonolingual policythe country of India is a "union system' and "all languages are respected equally"2) Only English is recognized and used as the "second official language" in all states of India! (After their state's official language)
3) English is the only language used in all fields of India (science, technology, education, medical, business, job field, information, space field, Navy, etc..)
4) English is emerging as the future "lingua franca" of India and the World
5) English is "indispensable" today and giving more value to "English" after our "State language" is also good for our financial empowerment.
It is better that we accept the reality and equally important to respect all our Indian languages. 🙏🇮🇳
English was the language of the colonisers. We have made it our own. In India there are any number of languages and English has been an effective link language. English has also been a language that has given the marginalized the power to compete as equals in the caste ridden society in India.
Ban American English if need be ! It has a very limited vocabulary of mere swear words.

And somehow the colonial atrocities of France, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy (themselves), Russians, Sweden, and Denmark have somehow been erased from history? They also did just as bad (some even worst than the British).
This is why we left the EU/Brexit happened and why we need to leave NATO/UN now. The world hates us and wants to kill us British.
This is why many (and me as an actual white Briton) hate foreigners and want them off white man's territory.
We need to follow in the same footsteps as Italy. Ban the use of other non-English languages, if caught then you will be imprisoned, guilty of treason, terrorism and genocide against the British white race.
Hypocrites! Do they respect their other Italian regional languages like Sicilian, Fruilian, Occitan..etc..or don't they suppress them in favour of their Italian(Tuscan) lingua franca

India should get on this way. Even during formation of this nation in 1950's it was proposed in parliament that English shouldn't be used and look at Germany china Korea they use their own language their own calendars. India being having most scientif calendars and languages we use the colonisers language, clothings,thinking,calendar festivals etc

Honestly its not going to get them Tourism for sure as with out a common language even it it’s a colonized language should not be targeted for this reason. A bridge langauge between all our languages can easily be Sanskrit!
Sanskrit can use the concept of संधि (concatenation and chaining of words to form new words) to form any words where there is a gap.
Some words already exist and are even written on Government buildings and Government boards as Hindi translations!

Sorry. It is not indian language just cause we’ve added Chapati or Chappal in it. It is a foreign language. I’m not against it but if its at the cost of your local language, then you stand risking your own freaking identity. You being Indian means nothing other than a clerk.

I don't know why, but even though i can fluently communicate in English, i can never say it's my language. It doesn't have that greatness that I can proudly call it mine. Sanskrit is our language. I can proudly say it outloud.
