  1. I'm going to tell people something you may not know, but when you fly, they know who you are. This is no accident. This is a smart airline.

  3. Airlines generally do not serve raw or undercooked meat on their flights because of food safety concerns. Raw or undercooked meat can contain harmful bacteria such as E. coli and Salmonella, which can cause food poisoning if ingested.

    To ensure the safety of their passengers, airlines must follow strict food safety regulations and guidelines set by the food industry and the government. These guidelines require meat to be cooked to a certain temperature to kill any harmful bacteria and ensure that it is safe to eat.

    In addition, serving undercooked or raw meat on an airplane could be more challenging due to the limited space and equipment available in the galley. Cooking meat to a high standard requires specific cooking equipment and sufficient time, which may not be feasible on an airplane.

    Therefore, airlines typically serve meat that is well-cooked and fully prepared to minimize the risk of foodborne illness and ensure the safety and satisfaction of their passengers. 😁

  4. Having flown Turkish a few times, it's generally accepted that they have the best food for an airline… across the board. Apparently your first class meal lacked which was rather surprising to me to hear. Never flown first or business class as I generally like to meet/chat with other people and don't care to spend the extra money.

  5. To fix the well-done problem, I think you need to show people that the pink colour of the beef does not mean that it's raw. People get used to the concept that cooked pork/chicken has a color thats different from the original colour of the meat. If you could do a more scientific video on why the meet doesn't need to change in colour to achieve an edible state, I think you could turn more people around.

  6. I was at this Turkish Airlines business class lounge half an year ago. I must say that the food selection was very good, and the best was their lamb meat balls (actually it's patties), a must eat! And the best thing is, they have kinda bedrooms you can queue up(just like shower room, first come first serve).
    Or alternatively, there is a hotel you can check in in the restricted area (called yotel), but it's pricey, something like €30/ hr

  8. Business/first class on international flights are well worth it if you can do it without breaking the bank.

  9. not true Guga– the cater barely cooks the steaks and then they should ask you how you want your steak. I've have some amazing med rare steaks in first class on different airlines

  10. This channel's reputation just went down when Guga said food is good on the plane, i've flown first and business class internationally for years for work, and have never found food to be good.

  11. It's very simple, it's not about business but about pride and humanity.
    Both things the US fatally lost some 60+ years ago.
