buon video, le pause pomeridiane non vanno considerate come se tutti se ne vanno a dormire. Nella ristorazione servono per organizzare il lavoro serale. Molto dipende dal flusso commerciale. Nessuno in Italia va al ristorante nel pomeriggio. Se poi la sera si cerca una gastronomia di qualità le "pause" servono per preparare un servizio adeguato. Per i market se la domenica sono chiusi mi sembra normale, i lavoratori devono avere i giusti tempi di vita, non sono degli schiavi…….. 🤣
