The class will cover Salsa Verde, this simple yet versatile ‘salsa’ made with parsley, capers & anchovies that can be used to top hard eggs, roasted veggies, grilled fish or braised meat!
Green Sauce /Salsa Verde
Ingredient List:
2 handfuls of parsley (stems removed), chopped
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoons of capers
4 fillets of anchovies
pepper flakes (as desired)
2 – 4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
(Optional: hard eggs, roasted vegetables, grilled fish, braised rabbit, etc to accompany the salsa verde)

This Salsa Verde changed my life. I doubled the batch and made 3 loaves of sourdough bread. Every crumb and every drop is gone. My family couldn't get enough. I'm pretty sure you said this can last for a month or so in the fridge. No way. Not here. It never reaches the fridge. And I'm not complaining.
