On the menu today are Cromer crab, rabbit pie and a lamb roast with Norfolk flats. Gino goes to Norwich in Norfolk and meets home cooks DAVID CHAMBERS, LUKE COATHUP and DAWN POLLOCK. Gino has top tips on how to make mustard, and the perfect Bechamel sauce. Dawn made her Granny Maude’s Norfolk rabbit pie, Luke made Grandma Eva Wensley’s Great Norfolk roast and David cooked up Grandad Harry’s cromer crab bake.

    it is great to see ordinary people getting a chance to share their heritage and love with the best chef on our earth and the rest of the wold. Cooking should be a fun and enjoyable task, with people around oneself that make you feel happy and appreciated. I just call it,
    The-Gino-Way-of-Life / Minimum effort = maximum satisfaction.
