Chef Leo was born and raised in Italy, He was classically trained in a culinary school on the island of Sicily in southern Italy which he started when he was 14 years old. Leo worked in Italy for 20 years before moving to Utah in 2018. Together with his wife Trisha, Leo launched their catering company, Leo’s Italy, in August of 2019.
