  2. Having a dog and baby is such a wonderful experience. We were so scared to bring our son home we have two big dogs. And they love him so much, he’s their baby now💗 Topper will be a great big brother

  5. Working out while you are pregnant is ok!!!! As long as you clear if from your dr. there is no problem. I follow 3 others that do work out programs and they had no problem. I am proud of you Katie. Staying in shaped and hopefully that will be an advantage for you when you go into labor. Keep up the good work. You look great. Have a great night! 💕🥰💙

  7. Working out is actually good for the baby. It's only if you start working out while pregnant you should start off easy. Like even when you're not pregnant, otherwise your body is going to feel horrible and you'll be less motivated, and it could hurt the baby out of exhaustion.
    Because Katie already was in pretty good shape before her pregnancy, it does no harm to the baby while she feels good doing it. Listen to your body no matter if you're pregnant or not 🙂
    Also there are certain conditions you could have while pregnant but then the doctor will tell you what you can and can't do.

My mom thought I was crazy for running and working out so much while I was pregnant cause times and opinions were SO different when she was pregnant, but the endurance I built by working out and staying active helped me have a very smooth pregnancy, and majorly contributed to me being able to push for 4 hours (😖). Do what’s best for you and your body. You will not regret having an active pregnancy!

  10. I used to have a friend who was a cheerleader and she got pregnant and through her whole pregnancy she still did her cheer routines because her doctor told her to do her normal every day routine! You are doing amazing don’t let the pretend doctors get to you!

  12. The ab separation is normal in pregnancy as your bump grows, but working abs by doing tradition ab exercises can worsen it. I would focus on your pelvic floor and being connected to your deep core instead!
    Nancy Anderson is my favorite for all of that!
