Quintessenza is honestly the best restaurant we’ve experienced in more years than I can remember with an unbelievably knowledgeable and friendly staff.
According to Michelin, “They serve imaginative cuisine made from top quality produce…” And a big amen to that!

That looked unutterably sublime. I am limp after looking at that parade of gastronomic wonders! I shudder to think what we would have to pay for it here! LOL! Like Chicago, Melbourne is not a cheap place to eat, when you want cuisine of that standard!
