Can a Counsel General or Ambassador of any country particularly the so called brotherly countries like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, China, Turkey etc walk on the streets of a major Pakistani city like Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad and eat on any roadside stalls or restaurants?
