  3. Thanks for the recipe – you've made my day! ! For years i've wanted to be able to make a sauce like they serve in italian restaurants but have never found a decent tutorial. A lot of the tutorials basically teach you to blend and heat up a can of chopped tomatoes for 5 minutes and serve. The result is always bitter/ sour sauce. This one is really tasty and authentic. and the big difference seems to be in using passata and the whole slow cooking process. I'll never have to eat that shop bought junk again – Thanks!
