The menu at Toscano’s curated by Chef Abdul draws on classic Mediterranean flavours and ingredients. Food Lovers’ Editor Kripal Amanna starts the tasting with the Ricotta Stuffed Baked Jalapeno with Marinara Sauce which he pairs with the Hopper Blonde. The crispy fried Falafel with Hummus comes next, followed by the Harissa flavoured Vegetable Fritter, both of which he pairs with the Hopper Blond as well.
Moving on to the non vegetarian items, he tries the Batter Fried Fish And Chips paired with the Witbier. The tasting ends with Polenta crusted Chicken Fritters and BBQ chicken wings both of the chicken dishes are paired with the Hopper Blonde as well.
