I understand Princess has 2 levels of insurance. Is it possible to get the upgraded version or is it strictly based on loyalty??

We are leaving in 34 days on Princess with EZair to Alaska. We have completely paid for the entire package and have flight numbers. When do I need to, or will I be able to print out tickets for flights? What is my next step to be ready to board the flight since we've never flown Princess Ez air?

Our trans Atlantic next year on the Regal Princess from Southampton to Galveston Texas will be our third Reserve Collection cruise. I highly recommend if you can do it do it.
California Linda shares that this is why we booked our tickets for next year's flight with the airlines; we were able to specify the seats we wanted for the nonstop LONG international flight. This will be our new MO, and we did purchase flight insurance through the airlines (just in case). We are so glad you are enjoying your trip. Great video, but for Mini Suite passengers as we will be do they still give a one time complimentary bar set up included with the other amenities.
I have found crew chat is helpful when I'm not in a hurry for an answer. It took 15 minutes to an hour to get a reply and there is no alert that they responded. This happened on two different ships in the last 6 months. This can be a long drawn out process.
Your ticket # is on your travel summary for your departure and return flights usually than 30 before you depart. I always check my summary around then, and if it’s not there I call and make sure they are ticketed, if they aren’t I stay on the phone until the flights are ticketed and I have Princess give me the # while I am in the phone. Princess not paying when you originally book your trip, is very common.
I saw on a different video that someone who was in a Reserve Class mini suite was invited to 360 dining but chose not to attend because it didn’t fit in their schedule. Can someone confirm whether this is something made available to reserve class and what/if additional cost there is for this experience? Thanks!
I am so happy that I no longer use EZ Air after having to deal with them last year despite the higher ticket price.
We’ve used EZ air for our last two cruises since COVID. We were on the transatlantic cruise last month as well. We have not had any problems. Sorry to hear that others are having problems.
We always book our own flights.
I’ve heard NCL has similar air travel problems as Princess seems to be having except people have been saying when they call their told to bad it’s your problem.

Had to cancel that same cruise on carribbean prince after a fall last wk. It was a casino offer & when i called the rep was horribly rude; Refused to give his name then put me on hold for over half an hour . I hung up called the main princess line and that rep was kind enough to call the casino and handle it for me since I didn't want to deal with them again. So will be callin on that one..
The sanctuary is never available after group A boards.
On Sky last month waiting list was over 200 ppl & we were 1st in group B..
Can you let us know more about the perks that come with the normal mini suites please? We are off to Alaska on Discovery Princess in a month, a cruise that will also give us our Elite tier captain circle membership.

Princess reserve and suites
We tried Reserve right at restart (it was a free upgrade from not cancelling 2020 cruise). I really enjoyed the dinning but not sure the up price was worth the up charge but REALLY REALLY ENJOYED if you have a special occasion try it. Bummer table side fruit baskets and room hors d weren’t available yet but still loved the SERVICE. Suites —our Greenland cruise last year had a lot of issues we got a very nice refund enough to try a suite for a 3 day getaway cruise out of Settle. Can’t wait to take advantage OF ALL. Bummer only 3 days so can’t do laundry service and since we had Free Delta tickets for lower 48 we are taking the shuttle to Vancouver so won’t get to take advantage of VIP lounge. Pro 1st AFT cabin and looking forward to being spoiled and reason we picked main reason visiting family. Yes good flights from settle to Vancouver but price of transfer saves us enough that we can rent a car to tootle around the area while family is at work and school .

I have booked specialty dining for most nights. If you are invited to 360 dining do they refund your specialty dining prepaid reservation … also what is the cost of the 360 dining experience. Yes we booked a penthouse suite for our 45! Thanks
Is there a special boarding area for full suites at the pier for Discovery Princess in San Pedro?
Princess ezair was a nightmare for me. They changed my airline, changed my layover time. I called many times pre-cruise. They told me different things every time. Sure we missed the second flight due to short layover, after the first flight was delayed. I called the enroute number at the airport and there was no other flight that could make it on time for embarkation. We flew home the same day since it's too complicated to fly to the next port and missed the first couple days of the cruise. Princess called it cancelation of the cruise last minute and charged me 100%. When I asked if I can complain to someone or get an email. The lady told me "No Body". I have been cruising with only Princess for over a decade. I'm very very disappointed on how things are handled. Also, does anyone have their email or contact number where I can address my complaint?
The (formerly known as) Club Class dining is wonderful! We've experienced it when sailing in a Club Class Mini Suite and also in a full suite. Highly recommend it. The very minimum we book is a balcony cabin. The sea view and fresh air is very important to us. When traveling with family, we upgrade to a suite for the extra space. We've never tried the Sanctuary but maybe on our October cruise we will! Is the 360 dining experience on all ships or just the new ones? We tried easy air once years ago, it was a mess, wound up canceling it and buying our own air tickets. Just to be sure and safe in knowing our plans. It's a shame. Great video as always . I'm concerned that greater suite privilege's mean a degraded experience for non-suite (the remaining 95%) guests . Like you our default is a standard balcony. Not every premium cabin benefit harms the vast majority of us but most do . Celebrity and NCL are a prime example especially on their newer ships . Yes they're paying a premium but don't tell me it doesn't affect my cruise .

You will have much more views if you make your eyes round, speak faster and louder, add grimacing, purposeless gesticulation, and suggest to go to Walmart and buy 75 items that are absolutely necessary on Princess cruises.
We loved being in a suite on the Royal Princess. I'm trying to talk Mike into booking another suite. 😀
I have experienced the VIP lounge on the Majestic and it is fabulous…a once in a lifetime event for me.
