Italian cooking at it’s finest with Chef Molto Mario (Mario Batali). The only thing I know about squabs is that they were mentioned in The Fantastic Mr. Fox. They asked what they were. I guess they’re small birds. Like pheasant or quail, or quailants. Either way, someone was eatin’ good back in 1996. I can’t find any other clips of him cooking squab, so this is probably the only posting of this episode.
