Hey Kaleb. 1st home. Like the front elevation. Wish this was staged. Wonder if the wall is needed. The living room looks so closed in. Ok size primary and en-suite. Closet a little small but doable. Dining space small and far from the kitchen. The laundry by the dining? Nook. Kitchen. Family room with sliders to the pool. Bedrooms ok size. Bathroom dated but workable. Nice backyard enclosed pool and grass and area. 2nd home. Ok front elevation. Office/den. Open concept living/dining/kitchen/pantry. 1/2 bath. Covered enclosed lanai and pool and still a large yard. Good size laundry room. Bedroom 1 ok. Primary I’m. Good size closet. En-suite ok. So 3 bedrooms to 1 bath and the 1st bedroom has to walk past the primary. 🤷🏻♀️. 3rd home like the color and front elevation. Don’t care for the garage enters at the front of the house. Laundry, bedroom and bath. Large living /family room. Dining area with a front formal sitting room noted. Covered enclosed pool. Bonus room is nice. Primary en-suite a little dated. The primary large with nice enclosed balcony. 2 more bedrooms and a bath. Agreed. Potential. Think I like the last one the best but all have potential. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
Notice how all these homes are empty Theses homes were homes bought by these companies that bought out all these homes while the boom was going on Now they can’t get rid of them
Loved the 3rd home
OVERPRICED!!!!!
I really like the 2nd house. However, the 3rd house also has a lot of features I like as well.
Hi Kaleb, I like your videos and have been watching for a while to find the right place. I like the balcony on the last home in this video. My wife and I will be going to Florida to look for homes in the surrounding Orlando area in April. I was thinking of maybe Lakeland, but I am not that familiar with the area. If you could recommend some safe towns near the Orlando / Tampa area, that would be great. We will arrive on April 15th and would love to see some houses if you are interested. Thanks, Alan.
14:15 Wait, wut? Does this mean your monthly HOA payment is $430/mo?
Sellers getting desperate
I liked how bright the first house was. Liked the third house also, didn't seem like it needed many updates except for the flooring. Thanks Kaleb!
Overpriced 🏘️. I'm still waiting for a stable market with affordable prices 🏘️
👋 Kaleb, hope you're taking time out to pray and enjoy football season. I am a soccer fan so I won't be screaming my heart out today 🤣. The homes are nice but my favorite is number two. One and three could use some updates. Prices for all three could be less. Enjoy!
All three homes should be under 400,000.
So what’s a good offer for house #3?
The only way I could morally justify purchasing an Opendoor house is if Opendoor was losing a substantial amount of money on the deal.
Wonderful videos, shorter length would be appreciated!
Thanks Kaleb! Always appreciated your honest opinions about the house. I would love to connect with you if I decide to get a home in Fl. I am interested in Wesley Chaple, Lutz area.
i like the 3rd house the last 🏠 house in the video with the bedroom n master bathroom n porch deck upstairs and gameroom.
Super bowl
i am also hoping the housing market in Florida gets back to a normal price range where I can get the 3rd house like the 2floors story 5bedroom house with swimming pool enclosure for $300,000.
Hi Kaleb I think that this home is Nice, Still Not a Swimming Pool Fan at all, but overall I like it. $425,000 is a little Steep, but it shouldn't be hard to find a Buyer. 2nd House, Not BAD, But they Needed to put Brand New Tile Flooring through out the House, Needs Epoxy flooring in the Garage. What's up with not putting a Refrigerator in the kitchen. That's CRAZY $445,000 is Way, Way to much, more like $380,000-$400,000, Because of No Potential Buyers, Because it's Overpriced. 3rd House, Okay the first thing that I noticed is the Cracks in the Driveway, Different types of Flooring, No Refrigerator, Still Nice but $465,000 is just too much money, and these Homes will Continue to stay on the Market, Until they Come down off the PRICE. Awesome Video Kaleb, Good Job.📸👍👏👊😎🏡🏠🏡
First house wasn’t exactly open concept. The other two were nice. I really liked the last one but I still think it should be about 75k lower.
Love the third house… Altho price not in my budget…
even theres already a price reduction, the price is still high…… damn this HOA fee LOL
Can you list the addresses or mls#s?
Incredible houses, especially the 2nd and r3d ones.
Say “No” to open door properties, they were the ones that helped created this housing mess. Florida used to be so affordable
Still waaaaaaay overpriced. The realtors are trying to sell over inflated priced houses. Houses just don’t drop $90k because they are priced right. These houses are double of there actual worth.
Please pass me a Tum’s, I’ve ingested a bit too much beige……actually, house 3 grows on you once you get past the entry. Not sure why the entry evokes such a negative first impression 🤔. Must be me. Thank you, for the video!
I have subscribed sir.
Is it still available?
Get read of the carpet thank you.
$21.00 a month HOA sounds pretty low. Hmm what about CDD fees which are added to your property taxes and affects the mortgage payment?
4:51 1st home – This home layout is dated, opening the front door to that small room is underwhelming. Anything toward Championgate is congested. Beautiful are but mostly over priced. Need to go down another 100k as it needs many updates and some walls to come down for more open concept. Master is small.
2nd home 8:32 Love the way you can see all the way to the patio when you open the front door and the stairs are not glaring in your face. Kitchen color scheme is not my favorite. Floor ceramic is dark. Pool and lanai and extra yard space is great. Rugged 2nd floor layout is basic. Closets ok.
3rd house – nice curb appeal but dated. Floor layout is the most appealing of the 3 homes reviewed. Decor and kitchen color scheme is nice. 2nd floor rooms are decent size. Basic bathroom amenities.
15:22 4th home entrance is narrow, different floor chop up the view. Nice flooring in family area. Full bath on main level with a bedroom. It would have been more appealing if there was a jack and Jill door for dual access for visitors and bedroom. Love the lanai and pool area and access from primary suite. 2nd floor rooms are a nice size. Nice master and good bathroom suite amenities. Great size bonus room. Awesome second floor balcony 😊 HOA high.
@kaleb can you include info on what the HOA fees cover for each home?
Kaleb, I love your videos, but don't need to say "what is going on?"
Nice homes…. can you tell us which homes an AirBnb can be set up in. HOAs can be very difficult to deal with……
Not interested in any houses regardless of low price if they have HOAs.
Kaleb, the third house was really great, but did you notice how close the next door neighbor was?
With only a .14 acre lot, obviously to get as many golf course adjacent properties as possible, it
seems very close! This shows that the next Florida home price crash may not be far off! Buyers Beware!
High HOA!?!
Great video! you are my hero
Walking into a house in Florida and finding carpet immediately is a hard no for me. In the bedroom, not a problem, but living areas, has to be tile IMO
