This time we will tour a three bedroom apartment with a great added bonus: A Large attic that could become something really especial.
This apartment has great sea views as well as views of the surroundings hills of our beloved Molise.
This great project is close and within walking distance to one of the local supermarkets and the cute little bakery.
There is some work to be done to this property, and the owner has priced it to reflect this. In saying that, we believe that it wouldn’t take much to get it to a stage in which you can live in it and do the work piano piano 😉

The attic I would make into the master suit with bathroom and bedroom with a lounge. Of course I would also remodel the kitchen/dining room for a larger kitchen. Love it.
Thanks a million! Watching another YouTube video I learned that the municipalities could have restrictions to alterations. Apparently this could change from municipality to municipality or region to region. Do you think the changes you've suggested here (closing the stairway, opening removing walls between dining/kitchen/lounge and making a terrace on the roof) would be allowed in Montecilfone/Molise?

Oh wow, that is such a nice house and its a great price for the space your are getting, I love that attic. I was thinking the same thing about the kitchen and dinning and living room, and at the same time, was trying to figure out if that is a main wall of the house, because in most cased, you can't take the entire wall out, but it would look awesome as an open concept, that is what I have in my house, kitchen/dinning/living all open to each other and I would do a kitchen island overlooking the living room. Thank you for sharing this info, you are so sweet, I can tell your followers love you and we are all gonna buy the house in your town, because you are such a sweet lady 🙂

can you show the map , where is it?
When you first walked into the dining room and then the kitchen, the first thing I thought was “a oh…that wall (between) needs to come out. Lol….then a few minutes later you went into the living room and I thought again, “oh…that wall needs to come out!” and as soon as I finished the thought, you mentioned taking out the walls or at least creating openings so the rooms relate better to one another. 😂 I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who tours properties with a sledgehammer always in my hand, ready to swing into action. 😂 One thing I was curious about…is there a way to have the door into the attic positioned in such a way that it would be a full height door? Also, if I was buying this home, I would bring walls down (where the attic slopes lower and has restricted headroom) and create hidden storage there and develop the rest that is comfortable height. Thanks for the tour.
